We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for an assignment within energy technology and electrification solutions. You will be part of an organization delivering advanced solutions in power systems and grid infrastructure, with projects that contribute to the energy transition in an international setting.

In this role, you will take full ownership of assigned projects from sales handover through delivery and commissioning, ensuring execution aligns with scope, quality, and safety requirements while building strong customer relationships.

• Lead and deliver projects within system deliveries and power-related solutions
• Take end-to-end responsibility from handover to delivery and commissioning
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Drive forecasting, cost control, and financial follow-up
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities
• Coordinate internal resources, teams, and key stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations and manage claims when required
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and relevant frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Experience managing projects of varying size, complexity, and contractual models
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Professional communication skills in English
• Structured, proactive, and independent way of working

• Swedish language skills
• Experience within electrical grids, power systems, substations, or similar
• PMP, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience from technically complex system delivery projects
• Background from international and/or matrix organizations
